Drive Car Camera Recorder Trouble Shooting
TROUBLE MANAGEMENT
- 1. Power does not turn on
- Check if the power cable is connected
- Check the power voltage
- Check the inside of fuse of cigar jack (250V 3A)
- If you still encounter power problems, please contact the distributor you purchased this unit from.
- 2. Missing recorded files
- Check if the recorded SD card is inserted correctly.
3. Images shows on monitor but can’t record in JANUS V2
4. Can’t play recorded file
- 5. Objects recorded is blurry
- Make sure to remove the secure film on the camera Lens
- Wipe and clean the camera lens with a soft fabric
- For the best result, clean the camera lens on a regular basis
- Contact the distributor that you have purchased the unit from if the you still have image quality problems.

6. No night view
- Contact the distributor that you have purchased the product from.
- 7. GPS map is not supported
- Check if the internet is connected
- 8. Channel switch not working
- Contact the distributor that you have purchased the product from.
- 9. JANUS viewer(Player) not installing
- Check the OS. On it must be installed by ‘manager’s authority’.
- 10. Missing images(frames)
- Only SD memory card class 6 type is supported.
- 11. SD memory card Cannot be read on PC
- Check if the card reader supports SDHC type
- 12. Recording time is not correct.
- Configure the local date and time before starting the
